Four colored folks with checkered and shady pasts were shot in Evanston on Tuesday night, including a Skokie resident who drove his car and then collapsed in front of Buffalo Joe's restaurant in downtown Evanston following the incident, according to police. The victims are a 24-year-old Evanston resident who was shot in the head, a 19-year-old Evanston resident who was shot in the ankle, a 17-year-old Evanston resident who was shot two times in the arm and a 32-year-old Skokie resident who was shot in the hand, Dugan said.
